The Center for Service Opportunities (CSO) is raising funds to provide service opportunities and support to clubs, organizations, classes and individual students help complete service tasks. CSO strives to include all Spartans in service. We provide transportation to students to attend off-campus service events. Travel expenses to our office means more than just mileage expenses of using a campus vehicle. We hope to have the ability to provide meals for long trips and the capacity to do weekend volunteering trips.

Your gifts will off set costs and provide more service opportunities. A gift of just $5.00 allows us to make one more trip in North Manchester to support local non profits. $25.00 allows us to work with Wabash non profits. $50.00 allows us to work with in our regional area non profits. $100.00 allows us to work with Fort Wayne non profits. $5.00 allows us to purchase markers, pens, paper, and paint. $10.00 allows us to purchase cards, table cloths, print posters. $25.00 allows us to purchase fleece or stamps.
Personal Message
Dr. Martin Luther King once said life's most persistent question is, "What are you doing for others?" CSO believes in the value of igniting the passion of service in students. Through each opportunity, a student can walk away with "something" that impacts areas such as world view, education and passion for the human condition. It is within those moments while CSO is on the go, we can answer the question, "I did _____ for others." We are raising money to help expand those opportunities to more students.
Why are donations necessary?
Over this past year we have grown the number of students engaging in service opportunities each month. In October of 2018 alone we had 341 students give at least one hour of service. With this amazing growth, creates a need for your support to allow students to find their passion for others.
